The size of this property in Praiano, the presence of a swimming pool with sun terrace, the availability of two large terraces and a charming garden, the opportunity to enjoy a barbecue area and a gym are some of the main features of this villa a great place to spending your holidays on the Amalfi Coast.
All the villa is decorated with a simple design, but elegant. The location is amazing. Bright in every period of the year - thanks to the most favorable exposure to the sun - this house on the Amalfi coast, overlooks the sea in Praiano allowing you to enjoy some of the most beautiful landscapes in Costa d' Amalfi.
From Praiano it is very easy to plan any kind of excursion on the Amalfi Coast, or to arrange tours in Sorrento, Capri and other resorts in the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno, Villa Lilia deserves to be lived in every corner "full time": the structure is sunny during the day and particularly suggestive in the evening and night hours.

ROOMS
Villa Lilia in Praiano has three different bedrooms, each one with its bathroom. From Summer 2013 It will be ready also Villa Astryd another 3 bedrooms villa (sharing the same gate of villa Lilia) that can be rented altogheter with Villa Lilia for a maximum of 12 beds.
The first bedroom of Villa Lilia has a double bed. A single bed in the bedroom can be used as a further bed or only as a sofa. It has a small balcony with a lovely panoramic view and a bathroom.
Villa Lilia has a second bedroom with en suite bathroom and small balcony: this room has one double bed and one single bed and a third bedroom that has the same requirements of those above (with the only exception of the balcony that in this case is replaced by a french window overlooking the view of the Amalfi Coast. If required, rooms can be equipped with beds or cots.
The minimalist decor, but comfortable and functional, melts with typical local details such as arches and windows specially designed to enhance the scenic qualities of a beautiful Amalfi villa, white colour everywhere etc etc...
All bedrooms of the Villa Lilia in Praiano has air conditioning / heating system that contribute to make rooms livable and comfortable all year periods.

LIVING ROOM
The large living room of Villa Lilia is well decorated in a sober way, but also in order to be comfortable and functional, the is featured by a two-seater sofa bed, a dining table for six people and seats. It is particularly warm and welcoming with a high vaulted ceiling, a large arched window that overlooks the sea and, above all, a rustic stone fireplace. This room is quipped with air conditioning / heating. It offers also a television with satellite system, an internet wi-fi. The living room give access to the terrace.

KITCHEN
Villa Lilia's kitchen, in addition to being particularly large and comfortable has: industrial hob with five gas burners, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. A table with chairs for four people. Other features include a coffee maker and other small appliances useful to satisfy different needs.
To make the structure complete in every detail there is another bathroom, situated next to the living room and equipped with sink, toilet and shower, there you can find also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Swimming pool
On the upper terraces where you csan enjoy the best views of Villa Lilia you'll find a 6x4mt pool set in a scenic setting. It allows you to enjoy an entrancing view of the sea of Praiano and the nearby.
The pool is completely surrounded by a 200 sq. m. solarium that will make more enjoyable the use of the pool. The solarium is furnished with chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs, umbrellas, a wicker sofa and some chairs.

Terraces
Villa Lilia on the Amalfi Coast offers very large and equipped spaces also outside. These include two large terraces. The first terrace (40 square meters about), is shaded by a beautiful porch and is embellished by the characteristic stone seats. It is characterized also by the presence of a table, chairs, an inviting hammock reminiscent of the tropical atmosphere as well as a barbecue to do lavish grill in open air at any time of day.
The second terrace on the roof is larger and equipped. It covers an area of 200 square meters (which is at roof level), there is a pool of 25 square meters about, there is a solarium (with table, chairs, sun loungers and more), a gazebo, the gym and all that it can take for a pleasant and relaxing day at the open air to do sport or to relax yourself.
The two terraces of our holiday villa in Praiano are sunny but provide shaded areas for those who want to find shade without losing the spectacle offered by the entrancing sea view on the Amalfi Coast and its landscapes.

Gym
Villa Lilia offers also a well-equipped space to devote himself to the sport. On the large terrace at roof level you can find a gym covered by a tensile structure and appropriately shaded. Depending on your needs and your taste in this area you can use: a bench to lift weights, a rowing machine and other machines to keep yourself perfectly trained or to reach good fit conditions.

Garden
A wonderful garden of 100 meters about equipped with a pergola and an orchard with lemon trees is set close to the roof terrace.
