Villa Carmen is a modern and exclusive villa to rent on Sorrento Coast with magnificient view from every spot of the property. It is well located in Nerano, a fishing village in the Massa Lubrense area, a well known town situated at the furthermost point of the famous Sorrento peninsula, just 1 km away from the pebble beach of Marina del Cantone and 10km to Sorrento.

Villa Carmen is featured by a complete set of exclusive services, that can be furthermore enriched with many services on request (cooking services, transfers, transportations, daily excursion by boat or by car...) to make your vacation in Sorrento area unforgettable.

The villa on 3 levels has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. It is fully surrounded by scenic views and of the entire Amalfi Coast on a side and Capri and a part of Bay of Naples on the other sied. It offers a wide panoramic terrace on the front and another terrace and a garden on the back equipped with an external pool of 7 x 4 meters and a solarium. A part of the terrace offers the shade of a Portico with table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy a good glass of wine and admire the splendid sunset that precedes the evening. There you can find a grill and barbecue.

Villa Carmen is divided into 2 units and 3 levels:

Ground Floor. It is completely independent from the main house. You can reach it from the main gate through a ramp of 24 stairs. It consist of: a nice and spacious lounge and dining room, small kitchen area, 1 main bedroom and the biggest bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. Outside terrace overlooking the sea with a sitting area. Possibility of an extra double sofa bed.

First Floor. A flight of steps of 17 stairs connects the ground to the first floor where is a large dining room with a big terrace facing the bay. A nice well equipped kitchen that will provide everything you need. Villa Carmen has a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, a small bathroom with small shower. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the garden area where you can find the barbeque and the Portico.

Second Floor. A ramp of 15 stairs will bring you on the second floor (sleeping area) where you can find 3 bedrooms.

Two matrimonial bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom and the third bedroom furnished with a French Bed. Bathroom with shower is reached via the corridor. The main room has a private terrace with an amazing view of the Galli Island. All bedrooms and lounge equipped with satellite tv and sky service, free wi-fi connection in all rooms while all bathrooms are equipped with a hair dryer.

Pool and Terrace

It offers an external pool immersed in a cozy garden full of olive trees and Mediterranean Flowers and furnifhed with deck chairs and sun beds where you can relax and enjoy your vacation.

Close to the pool is a shaded white gazebo with tables and chairs in which to relax and enjoy the cool summer breeze during the hottest hours of the day.

Included in the price: a welcoming basket with oranges and lemons from Sorrento pool towels, daily cleaning (three hours) from Monday to Saturday, electricity (until maximum of 100kw/h), use of the pool and parking, Gas and water, Wi-Fi, Personnel at your disposition for whatever need or extra services.
