Villa Rosa dei Venti is an amazing villa on three levels built into the rock overlooking the Amalfi Coast and with direct access to the sea. It can accommodate up to 14 people. The Villa is located in a perfect location to explore the Amalfi area: 9 km to Positano, 5 km to Amalfi, 30 km to Pompei and 60 km to the Naples Airport. The villa is located about 2 km (1.2 miles) from Praiano, where there are restaurants, bars and main shops. You will find the nearest restaurant at 1 km, the SITA bus stop for the Amalfi Coast - Sorrento line is a few meters away and the nearest beach (Praia Marina Beach) is at about 1 km (0.6 miles).
The access to Villa Rosa dei Venti is from the upper part. From the parking a short private walkway through the garden by 25 steps will lead you to the main house. Villa Rosa dei Venti is handled by two guardian (a maid and a gardner) who reside in an annex in the property.
The villa offers exciting views of the sea and the Amalfi Coast from every spot around the property. The villa features a private pool, direct sea access, large private terraces with sea views, air conditioning, internet WiFi and an excellent cooking service on request.
Villa Rosa dei Venti has direct access to the sea through a platform built on the rock. It is reached from the villa down a flight of about 60 steps. The area is equipped with deckchairs and sun loungers. From the villa through a staircase of 60 steps you reach the swimming pool and solarium. The pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) in length. The pool has a sinuous and elongated shape. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers. From the pool you can enjoy a terrific view of the sea and the islands of Li Galli, once owned by the famous dancer Rudolph Nureyev.

The villa is also surrounded by 3 beautiful terraces: the first large terrace of 100 square meters, is equipped with stone benches. From this terrace you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Amalfi Coast, the sea and small islands of Li Galli ; the second terrace is 80 square meters. And it is partly shaded by a gazebo. The terrace is furnished with wicker sofas and armchairs, tables and chairs. From the terrace you can enjoy a view of the sea and small islands of Li Galli distance. The third terrace of 100 square meters, is also scenic and is equipped with long benches and stone chairs. You will also find a barbecue and a wood pizza oven.

Villa Rosa dei Venti has an area of 350 sq. m. It is built on the coast on several levels. Access is from the top. A short staircase gives access to the main hall. The living room is paved with hand-painted tiles, in the characteristic Vietri style, typical of the Amalfi Coast. The decor is elegant and refined with some antiques. The furniture includes a sofa and four chairs along. The living room leads to the first terrace overlooking the sea and the Amalfi coast with two French windows. The living room has windows overlooking the sea and on the terrace. Going down some stairs you reach the second large living room with panoramic views, equipped with a large satellite TV and comfortable sofas. The living open onto a dinig room with a table that can seat eight people. From the living room you enter the terrace with a view of the sea and the coast of Amalfi, through five French doors.
Downstairs we find the third living rooms, paved with tiles made by hand. The furinishings are sought and elegant with some antiques, sofas and armchairs. From the living room you can enter into a long terrace overlooking the sea and the coast through eight French doors.
The second terrace give access to the kitchen of the villa through an arched doorway. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, and completely equipped with six gas burners, an electric oven, large refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and other small appliances. You will also find a washing machine. There is a table for eight people. The front terrace is equipped with a large, shaded table for more than 14 persons.
The villa has 7 bedrooms, all furnished in different ways and are located: 5 in the lower floor of the main villa and 2 in a second annex with access from the garden. A corridor gives access to all the bedrooms, they are on the lower level of the main house. On the same floor there is also a service bathroom. All rooms have a double bed (160 cm wide) en-suite bathroom (3 with hydromassage shower and two have a bathtub). All are equipped with air conditioning and heating. The furniture includes a sofa and two armchairs. The room has a large picture window overlooking the sea and coast. The bedroom are equipped with air conditioning. 4 rooms have panoramic views.

Dependance
The annex consists of two rooms each with its own bathroom, double beds (160 cm wide). One bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the sea. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating. This room has an en-suite with shower. The seventh bedroom has a double bed (160 cm wide) and a sofa. The room has a window overlooking the sea and the first terrace. The bedroom has air conditioning / heating. The bathroom is decorated with hand painted tiles and a bathroom with shower.
